Badge Diameter - .206"

It can be difficult to properly paint the VW Logo on a custom Hot Wheel, Matchbox, M2, or Johnny Lightning Bus.

In addition, The logos aren't completely sharp and clear on those castings.

These were created as a solution to that problem!

When doing a custom, once you've stripped the paint, sand off the existing badge from the front of the casting.

From there you can do one of two things:

1. Glue the Steel badge onto your project before painting, once the paint is dry, gently sand the paint off of the badge to reveal the stainless steel VW Logo.

2. Paint your VW Body and allow the paint to dry completely and cure, then glue the etched VW Logo on afterwards.

Which you choose depends on how curved the front of your VW Casting is.  If the casting has a flat front, it will be easy to glue the badge on post-painting.  If there is a noticible curve to the front of your casting, it might be better to glue the badge on before painting, and simply sand the paint off of the badge afterwards.

Attach to your body using Super Glue/Crazy Glue or Epoxy depending on your preference.
